The Supervisory Board of Körber AG reconstituted itself at its Annual General Meeting on 24 April and appointed three new shareholder representatives to the supervisory body of the international technology group: Thomas Böck and Dirk Hoke will succeed Ralf Dieter, former CEO of Dürr AG, and Dr. Karl Lamprecht, CEO of Zeiss AG until April 2025.
Dr. Thomas Paulsen, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Körber-Stiftung since January 2025, has been appointed to the Supervisory Board to replace Dr. Lothar Dittmer, former Chairman of the Executive Board of the Körber-Stiftung, who has also left the Supervisory Board.
"On behalf of myself and the entire Supervisory Board of Körber AG, I would like to thank all three of them for their many years of commitment to Körber," said Richard Bauer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Körber AG.
“With Thomas Böck and Dirk Hoke, two highly experienced and operationally active CEOs are joining the Supervisory Board of Körber AG. Both will provide valuable impetus for the future development of our company,” said Richard Bauer.
