Körber pursues ambitious climate targets

In October 2023, we had the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) verify our commitment to achieving net-zero CO₂e emissions throughout the entire value chain by 2040. We would like to introduce you to some of the measures that will help us achieve this ambitious goal.

New leadership structure

New leadership structure as a basis for further growth

Körber adjusted its management structure in summer 2024, making the Group even more agile and focused on innovation and growth.

Joined the Körber Group Executive Board on 01 September 2024: Dr. Helena Garriga (left) and Arungalai Anbarasu.
Operational responsibility for the Business Areas now lies with the Group Executive Board, which has also gained two new board members: Arungalai Anbarasu and Dr. Helena Garriga. Anbarasu heads the Business Area Technologies, while Garriga oversees the Business Area Supply Chain. Group Executive Board member Erich Hoch has overall responsibility for the Business Area Pharma, Dr. Christian Schlögel for the Business Area Digital.

Stephan Seifert remains CEO and Chairman of the Group Executive Board, while Stefan Kirschke remains Chief Financial Officer.

We developed from an internationally successful mechanical engineering company to a globally leading technology group. Today, we are positioned in a market- and future-oriented way.
